How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least one month in advance to ensure your preferred date and time are available.
How do I choose the right location?
No need to stress! We’re here to inspire and brainstorm ideas with you for your special day after a secured booking. You can either suggest a location that holds meaning for you or work with us to choose the perfect spot for your proposal.
What happens if the weather is bad?
We want your day to be absolutely perfect. If your proposal is planned outdoors, we will keep a close eye on the weather leading up to the big day. In case of unfavorable weather, we can reschedule for another date.
What happens on the day of my proposal?
Simply show up and pop the question!
On the day itself, our team will arrive early to set up and ensure everything is perfect. If additional vendors (like photographers or videographers) are involved, we’ll coordinate with them as well to make sure your special moment goes smoothly.
Can my friends and family be there?
Absolutely! Friends and family are always welcome to share in this special moment.
Do I need to get a permit?
This depends on the location you choose. Some places may require permits.
Are there any additional fees I should know about ie cleaning fee?
All set-up and clean-up fees are included in the price quoted at the time of booking. No EXTRA fees will be assessed unless property provided by MayaFlowerWall is damaged.
